     HOW YUANJI DANCE HAS CHANGE OUR LIVES?

   Yuanji has been a very positive experience. The enjoyment of Yuanji dance is very beneficial for our mental, spiritual and physical well being.

   The practice of Yuanji dance has improved our balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. It has increased our focus, concentration. It has increased our focus, concentration and memory. Specifically, Yuanji has helped heal our chronic lower back and joint problems.

     Greater than the above benefits is the mind-body connection of Yuanji dance. The movements and music keep the energy pathways flowing. We feel that we are healthier and happier when this energy is moving properly throughout our bodies. The movements are designed to reduce blockages in our joints and organ systems. The music reaches beyond the physical, sometimes creating emotional experiences. At times it is euphoric and at other times a release of tears may happen.

      Our general health has improved. Our aches and pains have diminished through these dances. On a personal notes, our chronic lower back, shoulder and knee pain have been healed. I have felt tingling energy running from my shoulder through my arm and out my finger. The shoulder pain was reduced until it no longer existed. Also, I was brought to tears listening and moving to some dances. Deep unknown feelings and emotions have surfaced.

      Our experience with Yuanji has broadened our understanding of ourselves, our healing abilities and our connections with the universe.
